Operational use
Treat VendorBench as an operational workflow tool, not as legal advice or a guarantee of vendor outcomes.
Exports and records
PDF exports are generated for internal use. Keep copies according to your own policy and internal controls.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can review the refund and cancellation policy whenever you need it, and account data can be deleted at any time.
Billing clarity
No hidden detours in the purchase path.
Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled, and enterprise still starts online without a contact-sales gate.
