VendorBench provides tools for creating and exporting vendor performance scorecards. You are responsible for your procurement decisions and internal review process.

Scores are subjective inputs. Use VendorBench as an operational workflow tool, not as legal advice or a guarantee of vendor outcomes.

VendorBench is operated by Persimmon Software LLC (merchant of record). Charges appear on card statements as PERSIMMON SOFTWARE. Billing questions should be sent to support@vendorbench.com.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. See the refund and cancellation policy at vendorbench.com/refund.

Accounts and data can be deleted at any time. See the privacy policy for details on data handling.

PDF exports are generated for internal use. Keep a copy of your records according to your policy.
